摘要：Tocontinue the improvement of vehicle safety and occupant protection, NHTSA(National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) of the US has proposed the newcrash test loadcase – oblique test and new THOR dummy in its USNCAP. The newoblique test and dummy have imposed great challenges on vehicle manufactureOEMs for their restraints designs.
In the second seminar of those twoconnected talks, the occupant injury mechanism and proposed restraintssolutions are discussed.

He is responsible for safety restraints strategy,occupant protection performance and virtual CAE toolset development in JLR.
